I'm unable to submit my taxes because I'm receiving this message even though there's no errors:" Hmm, looks like we hit a slight snag in this section". Can you help?

I've qualified for the Free edition and wonder if this glitch would still exist if I upgraded?  Why would I upgrade to fix a glitch/continuous loop that should be there in the first place?
