I have completed my taxes but while 'transmitting' i get below message...
1099-INT "Box 17 St Tax WH - Line 1 should have a value of the state identification number has a value"
However, the Box 17 is empty.
Should i enter 0? Without fixing this TurboTax is not letting me proceed. The only other alternate would be to file the return by mail. The total interest income on this 1099-INT was only $113
