I have a refund due from my NY state tax return. I would like to apply part of this refund toward my next year's estimated tax payment. How do I do this in TurboTax? The Federal Tax section has a tab for Other Tax Situations where I can select "Apply Refund to Next Year". However, I don't see this option when working on the NY state entries.
