Hello, the TurboTax app is saying the zip code on a 1099-R is incorrect so I did a search on the United States Postal Service website & it shows that the zip code is in fact correct & we are unable to continue to complete our 1040 form & I have no idea how to correct that information, I tried including the 4 digits but it still indicates the number is incorrect. So how can I correct that information on the TurboTax website or app. Thank you 😊
