FWIW re my last reply: I found out what 20 AB means / found the code list.
As such – on my K-1 – there is nothing listed in box 20 – no code or $$
So with is info – lines 5-9 should be $0.00
And “this amount flows to form 4797” all should be $0.00
Hence the gain on the K-1 is not considered ordinary income
… the gain will show on Form 8949
Does the above sound correct ?
