Form 2210: easy form asks for quarterly withholding values as of 4/15, 7/15, 9/15 and 12/31. Actual IRS form 2210 uses dates of 4/15, 6/15, 9/15 and 1/15 which is right?

I need to enter quarterly withholding data, but Turbo Tax easy forms asks for a second quarter end date of 7/15/23 when Form 2210 uses 6/15/23.  This messes up two quarters worth of data for the calculation.  This is the second time I have asked.  Got no response from Turbo Tax yet on the first time.  Seems easily resolvable.  Filing deadline is approaching.
