Thanks. I do understand that I do not need to report any info from Form 1095-B to the IRS.
My concern is that the IRS already has my Forms 1095-B and 1095-A and that one is not allowed to have marketplace (obamacare) health insurance (and the related subsidies) while still being covered by an employer-sponsor plan.
My current incorrect Form 1095-B indicates that I was covered by an employer-sponsor plan while I was also covered by obamacare (as was correctly reported on Form 1095-A).
I'm concerned that this conflicting info might trigger an audit.
That's why I'm asking if i should file an extension, to wait to receive a correct Form 1095-B, in case the IRS systematically checks for any conflicting info between Form 1095-B and Form 1095-A. Any advice about this? Thanks in advance
