We can stop TurboTax from generating form 3468 by changing "Basis in gasification Property in advanced coal Project" to $0. Go to the K-1 Questioner line 20 look for "update Gasification" entry and enter $0 in the entry. It will generate the form then enter 0 and when it ask "Do you want to attach the form to your K-1 answer NO. This will get rid of the form it will not be attach any longer.
