When I am in the State Estimated Payments, I see the following:
Enter any state estimated tax payments you made for 2023. Change Dates paid if necessary.
Do not enter payments made in 2023 for your 2022 state return or your 2022 overpayment applied to this year's state return.
This kind of says don't enter anything here, right?
