You appear to be using TurboTax Online, so you can't select forms. However, to change an answer on Form 1310:
- Search for form 1310 in the Search field in the upper right corner of TurboTax
- Select the jump to form 1310 link
- Proceed through the screens that generate, making any changes necessary
