I am using the desktop version of TurboTax, not the online version. My question is whether I can use my account to file both mine and my daughter's tax returns. Since I am using the desktop version, when doing the e-filing, I would be asked to log into my account. Then, I would provide all the information needed and pay. I did this for myself in the past years. Now, this year, my daughter has to file her tax return. I have used TurboTax to prepare her tax return. I have not filed hers yet. But I would think, when going through the e-filing, I will be asked to log in to the INTUIT account. So, my question is, in this case, should I log into my account or ask her to create a new account? I know this seems to be a silly question because creating a new account should work. But I still want to find out whether I can just use my account to do that.
