Intuit should provide the OS requirements IN ADVANCE of accepting payment for the software. If Intuit is indeed providing the requirements in the small print somewhere, they need to make that information more clear and far more evident to the customer. It appears that MANY of your loyal, multi-decade users are having the same issue. I'd rather take my business elsewhere at this point even with the hassle of moving to a new software.
