Get your taxes done using TurboTax
Have you tried deleting the K-1s before you re-entered the information? A recent update should have resolved this issue, but it may not apply to an existing K-1.
Follow these steps:
- Open your return and go where you left off.
- In the left column, click on Tax Tools, then Tools.
- Click on Delete a form.
- When the list of forms appears, scroll down to Schedule K-1.
- Click Delete next to the K-1 you need to remove.
- Click Delete Selected Form to confirm deletion.
- Also check for Form 3468. If you see this form, delete it as well.
- Continue back to your return.
- Save your return and close TurboTax.
- Restart TurboTax and run SmartCheck to be sure the form errors have been resolved.
- Re-enter Schedule K-1(s).
