I get a system error with no number that freezes my computer when I try to go to Forms in the Review Errors section for Federal. Then everything closes! How to fix this?

An error box appears saying there's an error and to go to Forms only everything freezes and shuts down TurboTax when you click to close the error. Please advise how to fix this.
