Thanks for the quick response @Mike9241. I'm unhappy with that answer because the form and TurboTax allowed me to enter none by not selecting either choice. It's not until I try to review it that a problem gets flagged. It seems that it would be trivial for the program to see that none was checked for HDHP coverage for all months and pass the lack of a selection as good in that case. I have the choice of ignoring the TurboTax review or misrepresenting my HDHP coverage on form 8889. Let me know if anything changes as more people run into this problem.
