We live in an affected CA county. As permitted, we made the equivalent of three quarterly estimated payments for both Federal and State on October 15, 2023. When I enter this data into Turbo Tax Federal, it populates Form 2210 and assesses a penalty for not paying on the "normal" dates. How do I fix this?
