They said banking regulations have to be followed and that everybody must verify their identity, I get CK is a prepaid and a prepaid bank, but not one bank I have ever dealt with prepaid or actual has ever said that is true, they never sent an email to my wife and all they can say is well open a new one and that it's to late to verify anything.
