Having the same issue with an incorrect(?) form 7206 (blank line 1, but Schedule 1 line 17 has a different, non-zero amount) that I can't get rid of. I have a 1095-A, ticked the check box for self-employed and purchased a marketplace plan... using TT Online so I can't see the form view to confirm or deny the existence of a footnote. All i know is that my review copy right before the filing screens have no footnote.
