I need to file amendment, I finished working on the tax. My account previously used all 5 eFile quota. And then when I get to File, I choose "File by mail"
But the next page, it says "You Cannot E-file These Returns".
My only option is "Back" which takes me back to choosing eFile vs Mail.
So I try to Print/Save for Your Records, but I went into problem with state return:
It thinks I am e-filing and include eFile document the printed return. What am I suppose to do?
