Get your taxes done using TurboTax
In addition to the situations listed by AnnetteB6 Turbo Tax forces the creation of Form 7206 if you enter a Health Insurance subsidy (which resides in Form 1095-A). Even if you are not eligible for any credit under Form 7206 calculations, you still cannot delete Form 7206 as it gets instantly regenerated after deletion due to the presence of Form 1095-A with valid data in it. Deleting 1095-A might resolve this but would probably be flagged by the IRS because it is mandatory to file this form if you received a subsidy. So the problem of rejection by the IRS because of Form 7206 cannot be solved by deleting it in this situation, so the filing will be rejected.
