Is there something that I can claim on taxes if my ex lists our son as a dependent every year? He lives with her but I am active in his life and help out financially.
I agree to let her file. But I feel like there should be something going to me too, right? I read somewhere else that I can claim him as a dependant and she can use the earned income credit? Or vice versa?
