After 4X calling their terrible TT help phone #, I was able to delete the 7206 form which I don't need and resubmit efile. The TT help by phone is terrible as an automated system can't get you to a real person and keeps asking for personal info but can't capture the spelling correctly. TT customer service system hung up on me 3x while they were trying to transfer me to escalate. So TT needs to be better at customer service and fix their terrible automated crappy system. The execs should try their own system to experience the pain!
