Does my wife need to file tax return if I only get bank welcome bonus?

I'm a J-1 visiting scholar, and my wife is a J-2 spouse, she has EAD and SSN.

In 2023, besides a $200 Chase Bank welcome bonus and some interest income, she has no other income, with these rewards and interest totaling less than $300. And I know that interest for Non-Resident Aliens is not taxable.

I would like to ask, under these circumstances, is it necessary for her to file a tax return?

She has one 1042-S, one 1099-INT and one 1099-DIV
