You should try two things:
First clear your cache and cookies. See this FAQ, for your particular browser. You can also try using a different browser.
Then delete your current 1095-A and reenter it:
- Open or continue your return
- Select Search and enter 1095-A
- Select Jump to 1095-A
- Next to the form select the trash bin to delete it
- Stay in the same section or repeat steps 2 and 3
- Answer Yes and enter your 1095-A info on the next screen
- We don't need all the info from your 1095-A. We'll only ask about the info that affects your return.
If there are any zeros in your form do not enter them just leave the boxes blank.
