I keep getting a "Something's wrong..." error when I try to add information. I can't contact anyone because TurboTax doesn't let me. Been a customer for 7 years Need help
			
				
					
					
						I've 'Clear & Start Over" three times. I've called twice and the prompt doesn't understand my email address (too long) I just need to talk to someone to figure out why I can't update my income detail. That's it!
