I entered the info on Turbo tax desktop version and the #s are correct for line 4b and 5b as 0. But the word "Roll over" are not printed next the the lines. I rolled over Traditional to Roth IRA for line 4. And I rolled over After Tax 401k to Roth 401k on line 5, but the words "Rollover" not printed next the the lines. Did I enter something wrong? Would you please help me? Thanks!
