@Cynthiad66 I understand thay however I am asking if I verified with IRS on March 18th and I still see berify identity text on my board should I verify online also? Because I verified it over the phone and I still have it there. How long does it usually take to dissapear after you verified over the phone. Anyone had the same experience?
