I feel like this is a bug:
Underpayment of health care credit is added to tax due. Yes, this happens on the IRS form, but it is also included in TurboTax's tax summary and 'effective tax %' calculation. But this isn't technically tax and no one would view their 'effective tax bracket' w/ this amount (or other similar amounts) included.
Just hoping to make a great product ever better....
