Should I ignore warning for line D of form 2210 while I have no tax due at all?

I am reviewing my tax return and almost ready to efile it.  However, I get following warning:

Check This Entry

Form 2210: Date Filed Return, Form 2210 cannot be before the current date.

File date: 03/19/2024

Looking for From 2210, "Underpayment of Estimated Tax by Individuals, Estates, and Trusts", line D, "Enter the date the remaining taxes will be paid or 4/15/2024, whichever is earlier.  if left blank, 4/15/2024 will be assumed.".

The weird thing is that I am getting a refund from IRS, so there will be no tax due at all.  What should I do get rid of this warning?  Or, I can simply ignore it?
