I own a company that is a registered S-Corp at the federal level, but a C-Corp in the state of New Jersey. When filling out the state return using TurboTax Home and Business (downloaded version) I note that I do not have a NJ K-1 and that it is not a registered S-Corp in the state. However, when my state return is generated, the income of the company is included on line 22 of my state return. How can I get this fixed? Thank you in advance for any advice or help in resolving this.
