Get your taxes done using TurboTax

This is exactly the problem that I have. 

I downloaded Home & Business for tax year 2023 installed it, started a new return and tried to pull in last years return. TT said it couldn't find a return, spent hours trying to find the files and assumed it was the well documented problem that the process of updating wipes out a return.

I have tried to find if I have more than one account, but this link does not work

Would appreciate help finding out if I have more than one account.

I really don't want to start return without last years filing.
