If you filed real late in the year, such as November 2018 or later, you can try using an AGI of 0 (zero).
Are you saying you can't get a 2017 IRS transcript?

How was your 2017 return prepared? If prepared in Online TurboTax, why can you not download/print it?
There may also be a link in the "Your Tax Returns & Documents" section, that says "View adjusted gross income."
