TAX REFUND PROBLEMS

I FILED MY 2023 FEDERAL AND STATE RETURNS ONLINE USING TT DELUX ON 2/2/2024.  I RECEIVED A NOTICE FROM TT THAT MY RETURNS HAD BEEN PROCESSED AND MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED WITH APPROPRIATE AMOUNTS.  I HAVE NOT RECEIVED EITHER RETURN AMOUNTS OR ANY FOLLOW UP.  WHEN I CONTACT THE IRS TODAY--USING BOTH THE PHONE AND INTERNET LINK, I'M TOLD THEY CANNOT LOCATE ME.  WHEN I CONTACT TT, USING PHONE NUMBERS THAT END EITHER IN 3066 OR 8848, AND ENTER REQUESTED INFORMATION, I'M TOLD THAT TT CANNOT LOCATE ME.  I'M UNABLE TO CONTACT ANYONE WHO CAN TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON.  HOW CAN I CONTACT A REAL PERSON?  I'M FRUSTRATED.  PLEASE SEND ME AN E-MAIL WITH A GOOD CONTACT PHONE NUMBER WHERE A REPRESENTATIVE WILL ANSWER.  THANK YOU.
