This isn't a common error and I'm not able to replicate it to determine where in the entries it may be prompting this. Of course, I also don't have the same data entered that you will have so I'm guessing that there is a mismatch between account types or some other hangup may have occurred during entry.
My suggestion is to first try deleting the Form 8938 and re-entering the data. Be sure to enter bank accounts in the first part of the interview and "other" assets in the second.
Check HERE for instructions on how to delete a form in TurboTax Online. If you are using the desktop product, switch to Forms mode by clicking on the icon in the upper right of the program (or left for Mac users), highlight the form name in the list on the left, and then select Delete Form near the bottom of the screen.
