Hi respectfully, the software is updated. I am running it from Applications, the trash is empty. I even installed it (from Amazon download) on a second laptop that has never had a turbotax product on it. Did all the updates , downloaded Virginia and it says it's up to date. And even from that laptop I get the same message when transmitting. 3 Federal returns have been fine, only Virginia state efile won't go through.
