This same thing happened to me during a chat with customer service. You'll notice some of them are quite inexperienced. Shift/Enter doesn't work for desktop users like me. Another agent was able to screen-share by emailing me a link, the link takes you to a support site that asks to download a program. That site will then generate a connection code you need to provide to the agent.
