The software logic for Turbo Tax in Form 2210 does not work properly as I had made an overpayment during 2022 and the software still calculated a penalty? My estimated tax payments during the year were more than the actual taxes due by quarter so even if the software were to skip Part I of Form 2210 and go to Schedule AI Part I the calculation is still incorrect. Called help desk and they weren't helpful.
