I have the same problem. From what I've seen in comments, I need to mail an Ohio SD 100 form. What I don't understand is this.
Since I've already set up, through TurboTax, an electronic bank payment for the school taxes, is that payment going to go through, even though we got this OH-PIT-068 error, or do I need to send a paper check with my paper SD-100 form. Sure don't want to pay this twice! I tried to ask the State of Ohio, but getting to someone by phone or email isn't working.
