I was able to eFile my GA 700 an hour ago this morning. No desktop updates, no reboot, no application restarts, zero changes at all on my end. In fact, the TT desktop application was still open from trying yesterday afternoon. TT must have changed something on their servers. I have the email confirmation for a successful submission. Keeping my fingers crossed it's accepted.
