If you override an entry, it will void the accuracy guarantee. You have done all of the data troubleshooting that makes sense. There is a clear and start over but that would be a lot to do. Another option is to sign up for someone to call you. They can see your screen and may be able to help with the technical side or have a solution to your download issue. See contact support.
