After spending hours on the phone with support trying to activate TurboTax 2023 on my Windows 10, nothing worked. I was told to wait a week or so to see if there are updates that will fix the problem. It's been about a month now. I've installed three updates, and still nothing works. Turned of Firewalls and antivirus, uninstalled previous years versions of TruboTax. Uninstalled and reinstalled TurobTax 2023 several times. Tried using a VPN.
I'm very frustrated over this and sad that I can't use TurboTax anymore. Can I please get refund?
