I'm not certain what you mean by "generated form is blank". That seems implausible since the screenshot you posted is the actual K-1 in the program (that happens to be populated with figures and seeming correct figures).
If the actual K-1s don't reflect those numbers and are in fact blank, then something else is going on and you need to contact Support.
