Get your taxes done using TurboTax

We're sorry to hear you're having difficulty logging into your account. Here are some troubleshooting tips that can help: First, make sure you're using an updated version of your browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc). Clearing out your cache and cookies, and then refreshing your browser could also help.

 

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

 

Also, make sure you have run all updates.
