Hi, I'm on F1 visa and 3rd year in the US. I'm using Sprintax to file my tax return as nonresident alien. I'm trying to enter sale of UST. I'm able to enter 1d. proceeds and 1e. Cost basis but Sprintax does not let me enter 1f. Accrued Market Discount. Without field 1f., Sprintax wrongly calculates that I have capital gain when in fact I have flat gain/loss as indicated on my broker 1099-B form. In this case, do I just add field 1f. Accrued Market Discount to field 1e. Cost basis? Thank you very much for your help.
