Made a mistake and purchased the wrong version of turbo tax from bighometax. They were absolutely no help at all. They would not exchange or refund even though no download was made and and no product key used. That made me suspicious so after investigating further it seems they are an overseas unsanctioned seller of the software. Now I feel like an idiot and am happy I never downloaded it. Buyer beware.
