If all of the forms in your return are available and you still get this message, try this:
- Sign out of your account, or close your software if you are using Desktop.
- Clear your cache & cookies for your preferred browser. Follow this link for instructions.
- Sign in to your TurboTax account, or open the software. If you are using software installed on your computer, allow the program to fully update.
- Select Review and let the program check your return.
- Address any details that come up.
- Continue into the File section and try to submit your e-file again.
If this doesn't work for you, you should either print and mail your return, or file an extension because the corporate filing deadline is Friday, March 15. Follow this link to learn more about filing an extension.
