I can't see your original error anymore but it looked like TTax was saying it couldn't find the 8453 form on your device. I had that happen and I removed and reattached it. I have successfully filed Federal 1041s now, but Wisconsin is apparently not ready yet, so those will have to wait. It is annoying and frustrating!
