I found it frustrating as well! I ended up filing the School District tax form through the State of Ohio Tax Dept website (no cost) ... it was incredibly easy. There were suggestions from TT as to changing the contents of certain tax boxes, but I just didn't want to do it ... like you, will likely not use TT next year. Unsure if TT resolved this bug through an update or not, but hope my reply helps. Thanks & good luck!
