Need help 2023 - Pension direct rollover what to select for where is this distribution from the

I was notified that one of my pension plans was forcing a payout last year.  I rolled the amount directly over to a qualified plan (so I did not take any distribution).

I am entering my 1099-R (since the payer could not be found to import).  After entering all the information, an option comes up to select "Where is this distribution from" with 4 options: Distribution from an IRA, Keogh, SEP or SUB-S plan that existed in 1981 - 1986, Money from the Teacher's retirement system of GA (no), Money from any fund, program or system which is exempted by Federal law or treaty, none of the above.

It says the answer determines if the pension income is taxable by GA state.  As I didn't take any income, it should not be taxable.  What do I choose?
