It sounds like your on the Desktop/CD software.
- Did you already file your taxes,
- If you did file them, there would be a copy available.
- The status of your return will show Pending, Accepted or Rejected.
- Were you continuing to work on the return.
- It's possible that you didn't save your progress before leaving the website.
- In this case, you may need to start a new return.
If you are in the Online software:
- The file will autosave unless you log out.
- This won't work if you shut down the computer without logging out.
- If you logged out properly, you should confirm your using the proper ID.
